Amazing stay can’t wait to go back,the staff goes above and beyond to make the stay pleasant and made sure all our needs were met . First night we had a room where we could hear dogs barking and could not sleep. they changed our room the next day and we truly enjoyed the stay .The food is great and the service is amazing .

Me quedé por años en este Hotel siempre que visito Antigua , tristemente la limpieza en este ocasión fue muy decepcionante… mucho polvo en cabecera, muebles y en el baño. Me hospedé en una suite pero no fue tan cómoda como la esperaba, en general las habitaciones necesitan urgentemente remodelación, no me pareció para el nivel del hotel que el café y el agua que normalmente son de cortesía fueran cobrados. El personal es amable.

I was granted an upgrade to a junior suite, the room was excellent but in my car with nearly 70 years I would have prefer a one floor room instead of a loft. Otherwise my stay was excellent
