Nice Villa shame about the management company
Firstly the villa is beautiful and the swimming pool was one of the warmest we have ever had.Sadly the pool was not properly maintained. When we arrived there was dirt in the bottom of the pool. Only once during our 2 week stay was the pool cleaned. When we left the pool had dirt in the bottom again and the steps were discoloured. The information book says the pool will be cleaned twice a week. This is not happeningDuring our stay there was a fault with a lock on one of the external doors. It took the property management company 6 days to send a repair person.For 6 days the villa was left unlocked. We had to take all our valuables out with us everytime we went out.The day after the repair guy attended the faulty lock it failed all together. They sent the repair guy back and he changed the unit.The property maintenance company decided this was our fault and kept our security deposit.It took an intervention from our bank to get a reply and a partial refund.I would never, ever book anything managed by Lightbooking again.We left the villa spotless, we always do when we rent a place. There was no reason to keep our security deposit. The handle failed after the repair guy attended, nothing to do with us.To the owners of the villa if they read these reviews. They left your villa with a faulty external door lock for 6 days. The pool is not being cleaned. They have cost you a repeat booking. I would be at the very least asking questions of Lightbooking if this was my villa
