The flat is only a three minutes' walk from the picturesque town of Appenzell. You can find everything you need in the neighbourhood. The object is about twenty years old and is on the second floor in a dwelling house. The spacious living room forms the centre of the light flat, you can relax in the reading corner and the modern kitchen and the two beautifully furnished bedrooms offer everything you need for the perfect holiday. The flat has partially been renovated recently which makes it look brand new.

Normally, the flat serves as the main place of residence for the landlord. During your stay, however, the flat is all yours. The landlords bedroom and bathroom are not at your disposal and will be locked. However, they will not be used during your stay. These two rooms were not included in this advertisement, the stated amount of rooms, beds and area correspond to the amount that will actually be at your disposal.

You can start different hiking tours into the Alpstein mountains or to one of the surrounding hills directly from the flat. The old town around the hauptgasse with its many authentic shops is also reachable by foot.

Great location!
Had everything we needed to enjoy our stay in Appenzell. Close to the historic town as well as grocery stores. A little difficulty finding the parking entrance, but the property manager was very helpful. We'd definitely recommend this comfortable home away from home.

Very enjoyable.
My wife and I are celebrating our fiftieth wedding anniversary this year and came across this property while searching for a quiet vacation location. This apartment is much better than advertised. It's very clean, modern and fully functional. It's much better than the photos indicate. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the town center, and the local Coop and Migro's markets. The owner is exceptionally accommodating. This apartment helped make our stay in Appenzell very enjoyable. Definitely would be a repeat customer.

Definitely recommend holiday apartment
If we come to anywhere near Appenzell, we will definitely consider staying here again. It is a great apartment in a good location. It has an excellent balcony for relaxing or dining al fresco. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom were clean. Wifi is good speed. Grocery store nearby. After weeks of traveling in country, we were especially grateful for the washer/tumbler. Thank you Lukas for all the details you thought of to make us feel at home.
