Ground floor: bedroom with shower, WC and stone washbasin. Extra-wide double beds (new bedding in all bedrooms. 5 bedrooms). New equipment. 2 bathrooms, one with Jacuzi bathtub and Italian shower in enameled lava. Garage, ground-level terrace. Ground-level swimming pool (10m x 5m), lawn, palm trees, barbecue... Not overlooked. Rip-rap dyke overlooking river, electric wrought-iron gate. 45 minutes from Marseille Marignane airport. Half an hour from Avignon and Aix-en-Provence. All the villages of the Luberon are 15/20 minutes away: Gordes, Roussillon, Bonnieux, Lourmarin. Isle sur la sorgue .... is a real corner of paradise. 2 minutes from the bike path .....
