Black mold all around / in the shower. Disgusting and unhealthy. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Coffee maker not clean / unusable. It’s a motel but they charge for parking. Avoid this place.

Enjoyed a two night stay for the exception of a city power outage. They did comp us the parking fee which was reasonable considering it wasn't their fault. There were a was a fixture in the bathroom that was damaged but that was he only flaw in the room. It was roomy for 6 with 3 queen beds and a master bedroom. Dining and bar were nice. Location was right off the exit. Customer service was friendly. I felt the price and the accommodations were good. I would stay here again.

In town with the family. We opted for the king deluxe suite. Great for a family. However, the room was filthy and we were only there for two nights. We made do, but won't be back

We stayed in a family suite that comfortably fit our large family of six. The room was clean and well appointed, beds were comfortable, check in and out was easy. The unit had a separate master bedroom with a king size bed and bathroom and the main room had two queen beds and a bathroom which worked perfectly for us. We only stayed for I night but the area surrounding the hotel was very nice.

It needs some work - but it’s always clean - and if you can get a room facing the courtyard then you will forget the highway noise. Beds are horrible. Just as a heads up. 😂😂

This hotel definitely caters (or is best suited) for families with children and dogs. I had a garden view room on ground floor next to the pool. Dealt with pool noise during normal daytime hours. What was really annoying was fact that I could hear slamming doors at all hours of night and at 7 a.m. listened to the folks above me walking back and forth in their room for an hour. Other guests were loud as well, leaving their patio doors open and playing music. Not sure what "Tapestry Colection" refers to but this is a Hilton and really nothing fancy. There is plenty of parking and yet they charge you $10 to park. They offered tiny bottled water in the room for $5. The restaurant is OK, nothing special. I expected more for what I paid and this being a Hilton. You can walk to get things but you are next to the freeway so you can't really walk over to the beach (at least I could not figure out how to do that). Aptos is a great town and much less crowded than Santa Cruz and I will return to the area but likely stay elsewhere rather than pay over $250 a night.

it was a wonderful experience! The view from my room was absolutely stunning, making my stay even more memorable. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, answering all of my questions with a smile and ensuring that I had everything I needed. The service was top-notch, and I appreciated all the little details that made my stay comfortable. I also loved the cute bicycle available for guests – it was a fun and charming way to explore the area. The hot tub and swimming pool were both fantastic, offering a perfect way to relax after a day of adventure.

We really loved our stay at the Sea Cliff Inn! Beautiful hotel, short walk/bike ride to the beach. Great service and the restaurant was very nice with live music on a Tuesday night! Definitely will stay again.
