Falta de manutenção aos olhos vistos. Colchão horrível, rasgado e ruim de dormir. Janelas com ripas quebradas, descascadas e fora do lugar. Poucas tomadas disponíveis e Internet sofrível. Faltando pintura e com infiltrações nas paredes. Torneiras pingando água. Forro de teto despencando. As instalações estão um horror!! Quando reclamado, foi nos ofertado um outro quarto em melhor estado, mas com manutenção duvidosa.
