Sou muito visual e o hotel tem aparência de um hospital, não encontrei um telefone que tenha acesso a recepção e nenhum papel informando senha do wifi, que tbm não foi informado no checkin, então eu tive que descer 3 lanches para pegar a informação.

O hotel está passando por uma reforma, acredito que é uma adaptação para a nova rede que está administrando, mas eles deveriam avisar na reserva que está em reformas! Quarto não ofereceu Shampoo e Condicionador, sabonete era muito básico! O valor foi em conta mas poderia ter sido melhor!
