Appartement ancien propre eet lumineux mais très bruyant
La livraison des restaurants alentours dès 7h00 du matin engendre des stationnements de camions sous les fenêtres très anciennes sans isolement phonique. Compliqué pour la grasse mat'. En journée et soirée, c'est la ventilation des cuisines presque directement sur la terrasse qui est également très bruyante. Dommage car l'appartement est très bien placé.
