Calm environment in raised and flowered garden in the immediate vicinity of the Pereire park and its magnificent beach, classified in the most beautiful sites of the basin.

quiet comfortable apartment with plenty of space indoors and out
We stayed at Mme Durbigny's apartment for a week. It is on the ground floor of her superb traditional Arcachonaise house set in a beautiful green garden. The neighborhood is residential, made up of villas and greenery. We didn't have a car, so it was useful to have a small grocery store a few minutes walk from the apartment. The beach, the nicest in Arcachon, was a ten minute walk. The town of Arcachon is a half an hour on foot, or a five minute ride by bus. There is a good cafe-bar-restaurant at the beach. We were there in a very hot spell, and appreciated having the outdoor terrace, shaded by a few large oaks. The apartment is nicely furnished, and has everything you need. There were three of us staying, and we were comfortable in the light spacious bedrooms. There is also comfortable stylish central living area. Monique Durbigny is friendly, helpful and kind. A great holiday.

Fabulous apartment with lovely hosts
We absolutely loved staying at this beautiful homely apartment, it was very French which is what we wanted, located in a very residential area, close enough to the beach (12 minute walk) but with the advantage of a bus stop at the end of the road. A local Epicerie is an advantage, it also stocks very reasonably priced local wines which are excellent quality. There is also a boulangerie beside the epicerie which also has great croissants, but they are not always available. Beautiful area, we did not hire a car as it wasn’t really necessary but if you want to travel about more a car would be beneficial. Great links to Bordeaux, bus to the train station is easy and the 35-40 min train journey is perfect. Very upmarket area, it is not cheap, but would definitely recommend it, just take a lot of Euro with you for the pricey restaurants.

Un excellent séjour
Ce gite est magnifique, très spacieux : de grandes chambres avec des lits confortables. La décoration est de très bon goût : on se sent dans ce gîte comme chez soi, un vrai petit cocon. Également, très bien équipé, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le gîte est très propre. Nos n’oublions pas l'accueil charmant et arrangeant des propriétaires. Nous n'avons que des éloges à faire !! Nous n'avions pas envie de partir !!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour : Cuisine bien équipée et décoration cosy avec nombreux livres, DVD et BD pour les enfants; Accueil très agréable par la propriétaire qui est aussi réactive, disponible et s'est montrée flexible sur votre horaire d'arrivée. Merci. Boulangerie et épicerie locale tout près, super pratique. NB : parking très facile dans la rue.

Merveilleux Vacances
Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in dieser liebevoll ausgestatteten Wohnung mit dem traumhaften Garten. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Sogar Spiele und Fahrräder wurden uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihren besonderen Charme und die Lage in einem schönen Wohngebiet. Boulangerie und Epicerie sind fussläufig erreichbar, Zimmer Strand geht man nur knapp 700 Meter. Und auch den Ortskern kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen herzlich und hat uns mit Tipps unterstützt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Nous avons passé des jours merveilleux dans cet appartement joliment meublé avec son magnifique jardin. Tout était là pour passer des bonnes vacances. Même des jeux et des vélos. La propriété séduit par son charme particulier et son emplacement dans un beau quartier résidentiel. Boulangerie et Epicerie sont accessibles à pied, la plage est à moins de 700 mètres. Et aussi le centre peut être facilement atteint à pied. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse et nous a soutenu avec des conseils. Nous reviendrons!

Charmante maison ,espace convivial. Au grand calme ,le jardin et la terrasse sont bien agréables . Très proche du centre d'Arcachon. A pied, on découvre la ville d'hiver d'un côté et de l'autre la plage de Pereire. Les propriétaires sont très aimables,accueil chaleureux .

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour familial. Les chambres de grande taille et agréablement décorées permettent à chacun de savourez un espace cocooning quand le temps n'est pas de la partie... les propriétaires chauffent très bien leur hébergement et laisse à disposition beaucoup de livres. La cuisine est bien équipée et fonctionnelle . Rien a redire sauf un grand merci pour l'accueil et la disponibilité. N'hésitez plus....
