"Mein empfang war kurz und schmerzlos, eines 5 sterne hotels nicht würdig. Nachdem ich die zimmernummer erfuhr und wo der lift ist, fragte mich das fräulein ob ich sonst noch etwas wissen müsste. Ich denke die rezessionen auch auf anderen portalen sagen alles aus über freundlichkeit und hilfsbereitschaft in diesem hotel. In D und CH hätte dieses hotel nicht mehr als 3sterne superieur. Nach der preisliste für die minibar habe ich 3mal gefragt, genau so wie ich 3 mal fragen musste ob ich einen korkenzieher haben könnte um die flasche die mir hotels/expedia freundlicherweise spendiert hat. Auch das flackernde licht im bad wurde nach meldung 5 tage lang nicht gewechselt. Hotels.com sollte dieses hotel nicht mehr mit 5 sternen anbieten, das gebäude ist alt und verkommen, das personal desinteressiert und unfreundlich."
