Überzeugt definitiv im 5* Segment
"Vom Empfang, über einen ausführlichen Rundgang durchs Hotel, sehr gepflegte Zimmer, welche unsere Wünsche vollkommen erfüllt haben, sehr grosszügig, hervorragende Matratzen und besonders hervorzuheben ist der Housekeeping, sie haben alle wünsche ablesen können, das Bett wurde für am Abend parat gemacht, Pyjama parat gelegt, das Licht entsprechend gedimmt, ein Lesezeichen fürs Buch parat gelegt und zu keinster Zeit die Privatsphäre gestört. Restaurants sind sehr schön, kleines Angebot am Nachmittag und die Speisekarte am Abend ist gehoben und übersichtlich.
Das Frühstück erfüllt alle Wünsche. Der SPA Bereich ist sehr schön, schönes Wohlfühlambiente, das Poolwasser hat eine sehr gute Temperatur und die Wellnessoase lässt keine Eünsche offen.
Einzig negativ war, das in den Pools die Fugen schwarze Spuren (Schimmel?) aufwiesen, sei es im Aussenpool oder im Indoorpool.
