We felt unsafe and harassed at all times due to an other guest attitude and insults and front desk personnel didn’t do anything about it and only said I’m sorry. We were unable to have breakfast due to the situation and had to leave the property 5 min after check out time for us not to be insulted because we are Mexicans and front desk permitting guest to tell us to leave the country and to stop crying that the president is going to kick us out the country, how can an employee permit that situation and not say anything about it but sorry.

Phone conversation not same as actual property.
Was told when I booked it had 24/7 shuttle to winstar casino, no such thing, had to walk to another hotel to catch the shuttle, it doesn't stop at this one, and never runs 24/7. So we drove, not considered what they called walking distance, in L ess your a super athlete in your 20s . Full complementary breakfast, was waffles, cereal, pastry........no eggs, sausage , gravy, toast, etc.

Check in was pleasant and easy. Pillow cases had black marks on them that looked like makeup. It wasn’t just one pillowcase. Pillows were square and uncomfortable. The bed was hard as a rock and very uncomfortable.

Old and outdated
First, the room had a cover missing on one of the power outlets. Very dangerous. Next, the toilet was not secured properly to the floor. When you sat on it, shifted from side to side. The A/C Heater did not work correctly. I set the heat to 74, the heat came on. After it reached 74, the A/C came back on. On the bright side, the staff were nice and the room was clean.

Absolutely not as advertised and way overpaid I spent over $450 for two nights and feel like it should have been $50 a night and that’s still too much. All towels has what appeared to have poop stains no idea what was on the ceiling and spiderwebs I want my money back to be honest

Hotel was clean but… the shower head was leaking and wrapped with duck tape. The tv didn’t work at all. Staff came to look at it but couldn’t get it working and just said they would let management know. Breakfast was okay but not much variety and zero proteins. If you’re just looking for a place to lay your head, it is fine. But not somewhere you could hang out and relax.

Picked hotel for its proximity to Winstar Casino where attending a concert. The front desk clerk could not give us advice on the best way to get to the casino’s concert venue. As it was literally across the street, we followed his instructions and were late for the concert. The room air conditioning did not work very well and the room was uncomfortable.
