I am very sorry about your negative experience, but it is the first news I have about this incident. Security at the Hotel is very important to us.
The following facilities are closed on Sunday and Saturday:

Event space at this hotel measures 10118 square feet (940 square metres) and includes conference space. A terrace, multilingual staff, and tour/ticket assistance are also featured at the business-friendly Hotel Nelva. An airport shuttle (available 24 hours) is available for a fee. For a fee, parking is available. This 4-star Murcia hotel is smoke free.
