Great hotel in the center of Arequipa! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and breakfast was great! The staff was outstanding! Everyone that I interacted with knew some English, and was eager to help with anything from recommendations of activities and restaurants to a corkscrew and glasses so we could enjoy a bottle of wine in the courtyard after a day out on the town. And the rates were very reasonable for what you get!

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. It’s very clean and safe, and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The design of the hotel is very unique and authentic. Front desk was very helpful with all our needs. The location of the hotel is superb, walkable distance to the heart of Arequipa. An oasis in the middle of city center!
We loves staying here. The presidential suite was amazing with all the amenities. The staff went above and beyond with serivices. The whole city had water crisis for 3 days but they made sure the guests had water to shower. They even prepared to go breakfast when we had an early departure. And the breakfast was so gourmet. I would definitely recommend staying here

Very cool colonial style building with updated rooms. Nice breakfast included. Very clean. Staff is very helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Only complaints are that it is you can hear all the noise from the hallways and bathrooms back up to another bathroom with a wall and window so that you hear everything that is happening in the adjoining bathroom.

Wonderful place in a great location. Very walkable. We did request 3 doubles. And we got 3 rooms with 3 beds each. Would’ve liked the extra space instead but it works! Staff spoke English fantastic. They were very helpful too.

Great service and well equiped hotel
The staff were very helpfull tomatsauce my daughter who was very sick on arrival. Made sure she Got hot tea with plenty og sugar and a coke. Also sent for an english speaking daughter upon request. Beds very confortsble with bedsheets and pilles like home.

Hotel bom, bem localizado. Cama boa, box do chuveiro muito apertado e com cortina. Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade, na minha primeira diária tinha buffet e na outra era a la carte, porém só podia escolher um único item para comer - achei péssimo isso levando em conta o preço da diária. Isolamento acústico péssimo, dava para escutar muito barulho vindo do corredor. Na rua que o hotel se localiza não passam carros.

Pésimo regadera y solución de problemas.
Fue muy bueno al llegar pero al querernos bañar pues la regadera horrible no salía agua ni agua caliente súper pequeña y muy malas condiciones. La solución de la recepción fue prestarnos una habitación aledaña para bañarnos. Eso fue muy deseo Fiona Fe hasta que exigí cambio de habitación y lo hicieron a una más pequeña. Quisieron compensar con un platillo de fruta por la mañana pero si me decepcionó la solución de la gente del hotel. Que sabían de antemano que había un desperfecto en el piso de arriba y eso afectaba a nuestra habitación.

Un séjour exceptionnel
Nous avons résidé dans cet hotel 2 nuits . À notre arrivée d’Ica par un bus vers 8h nous avons été gentiment accueillis par Karen et Silvana qui parle français et avons pu accéder immédiatement à notre chambre ( quel bonheur après la nuit dans le bus) L’hotel était conforme aux photos et avait un charme colonial indéniable La chambre était grande ,très propre comme le reste de l’hotel avec un grand lit confortable. Le petit déjeuner servi à table était délicieux avec des produits frais locaux. Enfin l’hotel est situé à 5 mn à pieds de la plaza del armas mais calme et fort bien sécurisé. Bref rien à redire ,cet hôtel est un de ceux que nous avons préféré durant notre tour du Perou et où nous séjournerons à nouveau sans aucun doute si nous revenons un jour dans cette ville attachant qu’est Arequipa.
