A lovely hotel well located in Arica lust a short walk from central shops, restaurants, the cathedral and museum. The staff were exceptionally helpful, friendly, and keen to please. The hotel has no lift but the staff were keen to help with the bags. Parking was free with a secure carpark just a block away.

Great modern hotel
Very nice and clean modern hotel with great amenities. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great shower with abundant and consistent hot water. Nice rooftop bar with view and some food selections. One of the better places to stay in Arica.

Misleading
The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was small with no ventilation, poor air-conditioning. There is no elevator and the stairs are steep. Three flights up to the room and another flight to the morning breakfast area. The breakfast included fried or scrambled eggs, limited fruit selection, one kind of juice (tropical fruit) muffins, toast and some cold cuts. The location is near the pedestrian walk way that has many shops, restaurants etc. The pool on the 4th floor was small and not very clean looking; there are lounge chais and tables but NO shade!

Great Hotel!

Nice Hotel Downtown Location
The rooms are very nice and up to date. The rooms were small, but felt airy and light. The bathroom was really nice - clean, beautiful, and including a rain shower as well as a regular shower head.

Top staff.
I booked a room for my daughter who was backpacking through S.America, she stayed the night of her birthday (it was to treat her). The hotel staff were brilliant. They sorted it so that I could pay from the UK (which Hotels.com didn't let me do) and gave her a free birthday cocktail on arrival. Throughout the process the staff were superb and efficient - and their English was perfect too.

2nd to none.
I loved this place. The staff were excellent. Priscilla was lovely and Paulina was very helpful. Paulina organised someone to take us to Tacna airport. The border was caos, but she handled it well, taking us step by step through the process. In the end, due to border delays, we were running late. Our guide went above and beyond to try getting us to the airport on time. For all the staff help, friendliness, support and wonderful location I cannot rate this place highly enough.
