Trip to Kansas
Everything was great except AC went down on day 3 of 5. We opened doors and windows with fans to cool off late in evening. They gave me some refund for inconvenience but did not get it fixed before we left. The facility was nice and worked very well otherwise.

Nothing like the listing - Dissapointed!
We reserved this place to stay for my dads memorial service in Dexter. The listing shows it sleeps 10 which is far from true. There were only 7 beds. 1 queen, and 6 twins! The listing breakout showed 4 bedrooms and futons/sleep sofas in the common area. When we arrived, we found 3 rooms upstairs containing the beds. No futons/sleep sofas where to be found anywhere. We had counted on those in planning our stay and ended up with people sleeping on the floor. We were advised there would be a bathroom upstairs when my mom and uncle met with the owners earlier this year. This was crucial as I have an aunt that needs constant access to a bathroom at night due to medical issues. With no bathroom upstairs, or no place to sleep downstairs for her, she had to get a hotel room 20 miles away in winfield. There was also an exposed electrical outlet on the main floor! This was very worrying as we had multiple small children in here throughout the day and we had to constantly ensure they were not getting around the outlet. Upstairs in one of the rooms, the light socket was hanging out of the wall, wiring completely exposed!!! Huge safety hazzard! We were advised via email from the owner that there was some construction materials in this same room left by the contractor that could not finish all the work in time. I would be ok with that, however it was a lot of boards with exposed nails! It rained also and multiple leaks in building. I have pictures of all of this.
