"I really liked the hotel. It is comfortable, the rooms have good beds and pillows, large TV, minibar, great view on Basel and the nearest tram stop is just in front of the hotel. The check-out time of 12:00 is also generous. My only disappointment was that the temporary closure of the fitness room was not updated on hotels.com but together with the friendly reception staff we found a solution that kept me happy. Thank you! :)"
