Sehr geehrte Herr und Frau Antener, Leider haben wir den Fehler im Buchungssystem kurzfristig entdeckt. Wir haben Sie sofort informiert und Ihnen zwei Lösungen vorgeschlagen. Von diesen haben Sie nur eine Wahrgenommen. Für die 1. Nacht wohnten Sie in unserem neuen Riva Lago Boutique Hotel. Ein schönes, neues Doppelzimmer mit Seeblick, Balkon und allem Komfort (sie hatten ein Zimmer mit Grandlit zur Hofseite ohne Balkon und Sicht im Olive Boutique Hotel gebucht). Die Angebotene Notlösung für die 2. Nacht haben Sie abgelehnt. Es ist schade, dass Sie den kostenloser upgrade, das Prosecco-Apero sowie der Rabatt auf die angebotene 2. Übernachtung in Ihrer Bewertung überhaupt nicht erwähnt haben. Wir heissen Sie in unserem Haus gerne wieder willkommen und Grüssen Sie freundlich aus Ascona.
