Good location for walking

Pros: Location
Cons: Just cosmetic stuff
Location: Its located near asbourne, about 5 miles away on an a road. The Tissington trail is easily accesible from the hotel, so easy to go walking.
Stayed 3 nights nd had 3 breakfasts. Room comfortable enough and the bathroom worked fine. Under new ownership and the new owners are putting the place back to rights... Nothing much wrong, it just needs a few hooks in the bathroom to hang stuff up, a coat of paint.
