Overpriced and rundown. Run! Please let this be your warning. There are much better other options in town. The cabin was musty and smelled strongly like mold. The tv and wifi are amenities that are just for show because they don’t work either. The lighting in there is horrible and we had to use our cell phone flashlights to navigate around. There were stains on the comforter and the whole cabin is extremely outdated and dirty- I think this place is only still in existence because of it’s location. It was so bad we had to leave a day early and find other accommodations. When we presented these issues - the staff was rude and did not care. They did not seem phased by any of our complaints (probably hear it all the time) nor apologize at any point for the inconvenience. They literally do not care. If you have respiratory issues or asthma this can be a serious health issue which is why we are contacting the BBB.

Beds were clean and very comfortable. Room was clean. Coffee maker wasn’t working in our room but we didn’t mind to be honest, so we just left it unplugged. Main concern may be that there’s no connection/service since it’s so close to Mt Rainier and the Wifi is super spotty. I didn’t mind, but definitely something to keep in mind while booking.

The place was old and smelly. Floors slanted. It was very different from the photos that look cozy and inviting. The location was great, good restaurants nearby and the guys at checkin were awesome. Would not return.

The facility is good overall. However, the coffee pot was not cleaned. There was clearly coffee residue in the coffee pot and leave a gluey layer at the bottom. I have to clean it before I can use it. I believe the cleaning service need to really concerned with this negligence.

It was very nice. Had a great time and everything was there that we needed. Right next to the south west entrance to Mt Rainier Park. Only complaint I have is that they need to replace the curtains. Light shone thru brightly from the pole light outside and there were some holes in the cellular blinds that I stuffed cardboard in as I like privacy, other than that the stay was great. We stayed in the premium cottages. I would recommend this place and would stay there again. Thanks for everything.

It’s a nice cozy cabin, very quiet, and the front desk is really friendly. However, we did not have AC, just a fan, which was barely okay for us since it wasn’t too hot, but would have been nice. There were a lot of bugs in the cabin so don’t be surprised. It’s fairly clean, but could be better. I did really like the bed and the blanket! Finally, everything is not accessible here, the gas station or a store is literally 5 miles away so approximately 15min at the minimum one way. If you go during the peak season for mt rainier there will be a massive traffic from 5am to 5pm. It will take at least 40min to drive 2 miles

These people who work here are AMAZING! I can not say enough good things. I forgot my phone in the room after we left and they responded immediately even though it was after hours and got it and held it for me. Our cabin was clean though the road there is loud. We could not quite open the door fully because the bed was there but it had everything we needed and was very conveniently located.
