Jacob who was working the front desk was very helpful. He was prompt and efficient at helping us with any questions we had. Service is everything for tired travelers so his help and kindness was much appreciated.

The hotel was lovely, plenty of parking at back, luggage cart available at door, restaurant/brewery next door was VERY good. Deep Water Grille Fine Dining right next door.

The front desk attendant couldn’t have been less welcoming. Only knew about the Continental breakfast serving hours because I overheard her telling another guest. You are automatically charged for the in room safe whether you used it or not. She seemed annoyed when I asked for the charge to be removed from my bill. She is the first point of contact when checking in and needs a lesson on how to greet/treat guests.

Facility was not as clean as could be and there were flies in our room. Staff had no solution to this problem 😕 The room next door to us had a malfunctioning smoke alarm that was chirping all night. Again, no reasonable solution was offered. Bad for us, but worse for the couple in that room! Hotel corridors were not heated properly.
