The staff at the hotel varied from friendly and helpful to rude and couldn't be bothered. English was limited. The location and the view were excellent.

The room was clean, nice balcony, and restaurant provided good food. Pleasant staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing with a great variety of hot and cold items, pastries, etc.

The transport from airport to hotel was not good. Had to wait 1.5 hrs in freezing cold. Had to call 2 times. I emails 2 times to try to get ahold of some one to assist. Finally had to have local assistance to reach front desk. Upon arrival front desk was rude. On a good note the facility was very nice. Great restaurant server and service. Food was fantastic and the breakfast was amazing. Good views of ocean nice rooms. Please communicate better with guests about transport.

Small rooms but clean with balcony. Spanakopita is one of the breakfast meals included. They pick you up and drop you off at airport. They had wash and fold down the street and a ferry company at the seaport.

what we liked about this place is there is a free shuttle bus to pick us up and to bring us back to our hotel and if we had more time, we would have walked around the beach area because there is a beach just in front of this hotel, unfortunately our plane arrive late and also we have an early flight and so we’re not able to do that but it’s very quiet, clean and efficient hotel .

This property is a close to the airport hotel. Super convenient but that’s it. It is within walking distance of the ferry. They do offer a shuttle to the airport and breakfast. These were the things we needed but if you are are looking for more, look elsewhere. Room was very small. One restaurant-food was below average. Staff was not very helpful.

Everything went wrong; the shuttle didn’t pick me up even though I was there on time and had to pay 30 euros for a taxi. The hotel is okay, but if you're booking for the free shuttle; I'd say don't do it. Not reliable

Okay for short overnight stay

Was a short one night stay to catch early morning ferry to the islands. Otherwise would not have opted to stay here . Very isolated part of Athens (Rafina) and not much to do there. Lift size was big enough for one person and 2 bags literally.
