The staff are pleasant and helpful.
During my recent stay in Suite 1029, I noticed that the elevator next to my room caused quite a bit of vibration, which made it feel like my bed was shaking a little each time it was used. It was pretty loud too, almost like a hammer drill or jackhammer! I've been a fan of this hotel for quite a while, but I think it's beginning to show its age a bit. On another note, I had an experience with the coffee situation. I waited for coffee for two days in a row and decided to give it a break on the third day. Also, on my second morning, I had to swing by the front desk to get my breakfast vouchers for two that were included in my booking. Fortunately, the staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay! I did encounter a hiccup when I found out I was being charged for parking, which I thought was included in my purchase. But after showing the staff my emailed receipt from Hotels.com, they quickly removed the charges and were super helpful about it. Overall, I really appreciated the pleasant demeanor of the staff.

This was a disappointing stay. I was on the 9th floor and for a full day none of the elevators were working. Marijuana permeated the halls and you could hear everything (yes, EVERYTHING) through the room doors, into the hallways in into your room. The coffee maker didn't work. When the elevator was running it was dirty and full of party cups and trash and spills. The common areas outside had blown trash and leaves. It take 3 minutes running hot water for it to even get warm. Do yourself a favor and pay a bit more for a nicer hotel. This was clearly designed to be minimalist, but if falls below that level.

The entire building and the rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly The only thing I would change is you do not have a fan in the bathroom or a lock and also I would probably put a 2 inch memory foam topper to make the beds a little softer

Don’t stay in the ghetto!
Horrible experience!! Breakfast is a joke choose from 4 items and of course over priced. USB ports don’t work in the room as well as several lights. And worse of all approximately 10 cars were broken into including mine security is inadequate for that area of town spend the extra $100 and go somewhere else.

be sure to check your credit card for unauthorized charges on parking or any prepaid amenities. prepaid parking and still got fraudulent charges on my credit card. unfriendly front desk lady. like everyone said, the elevator has been out of service, and only ONE elevator for the main and a service elevator at the end of the hall available. waited over 15 mins for it and decided to walk 5 floors down with baby. whatever you paid upfront with expedia was no where found in the system, making runaround to 'PROOF' you have prepaid and still got charged with parking. in the process of disputing it with my credit card. stay away from these crooks.

I booked two suites for one night, where parking and breakfast were supposed to be included. The property itself was pretty nice, and the location was extremely convenient. However, one of the elevators wasn't working, which was not ideal when so many people were there for a concert and football game. I know this isn't necessarily the hotel's fault, but people were also extremely loud in the hallway all night. The reason for the low rating is that when I booked through Expedia, I paid extra for parking and free breakfast, yet when we checked in, I was told we had to pay for breakfast and parking. I checked my bank account and was charged an extra $32 for parking. I have tried contacting the hotel but have not received a reply. I will not be staying at this hotel again.

We checked in for the Falcons and Cowboys game😂 our room was humid and clammy. We got maintenance in there and it really didn't change anything. I would hate to see how it feels in the summer time. I had another day I didn't return.
