Do not rent
I did not get a chance to saty at the property. The host confirmed the reservation, took the money, then was unresponsive. No notification, no email, nothing. I tried to contact them but was unsuccessful. Please keep in mind that this reservation made months in advance. I had family on the road driving to meet ta the location. I requested the assistance of a VRBO representative, but they were also unsuccessful. We ended up finding a last minute location that worked. VRBo was able to refund me my money. Do not reserve from this host. Highly unprofessional not to contact the customer.

The Property & Location were very nice, No Problem with the Property.The Problem was the Listing, it said it was 2 Queen Beds in every room. That was Totally False! Basically it was 4 beds instead of 8 which for my group of mostly males would of been perfect. Luckily for us I had some guys drop out but we would of had to get air mattress to have places for us to sleep on if my total party came. The inside of the house was cleaned well, it did smell like moth balls but no big deal. The biggest issue was the trash out back, the Trash Bid had Magets All over the inside of it, the owner did come by and said they didnt get a chance to take the trash out but still nasty to deal with.
