It looks like it was under renovation but the hall carpets were very gross. Lamp shade burned or very dirty, and the hallway smelled very bad. Like dogs.

Very run down. The property has an odor to it initially, however then I got to my room. The mini-fridge was stuck open because of a massive block of ice had formed and froze around the door so it wouldn't shut properly. Water was then leaking all around the fridge from the melting ice. It was clear this has been an issue for awhile since water had soaked the cabinet and worn down the wood.

Black mold was in my room got me sick had to check out early and find another motel. Never seen carpet in a hotel hallway that dirty in my life. Pool was not useable

When I first got here I had to wait an hour to check in there was nobody at the desk. Then when he got there he was rude and unprofessional. The hallway carpet was dirty and stained should just pull it up and throw it away. You have people lingering in the hallway and outside. I would not be staying here again.

This property was horrible. We received a room full of bugs. The hallways smells like strong urine. It was extremely hard for us to enter our room we had to go down to front desk several times just to be let in our room. There were a family out in the back playing football whom looks like they reside at the hotel rather than staying due to them visiting and their appearance etc added on to the nasty atmosphere of the property as well. The property looks good online but it’s far from it. Wouldn’t recommend.

I had reserved two rooms. My husband arrived at 7 in the evening and an hour and twenty minutes prior to our arrival. The staff informed him that his room was not ready but would be ready momentarily. I arrived an hour and 20 minutes later and still our room was not ready. Check in is at 4 p.m. I was not happy that the room was not ready. The desk manager told me that they could put us in a room downstairs but that would be on a different floor than our children. they were able to get the room done in another 20 min
