The staff was great but apparently there was some type of flood in the room and hall way I was unable to sleep because of the mildew mold caused breathing and allergies hot water barely got warm

Room 101 right next to the lobby needs some attention. Carpet needs replacement or at least a good cleaning. Card keys were consistently failing to open door. There is a makeshift electrical outlet with usb charging on desk/table because GFCI outlet for coffe pot doesn't work and the night stand

Our first stay in Alpharetta.
This Hotel needs a major upgrade. Everything is old and not updated. Housekeeping is not automatic, have to request each time and before a specific time . Special attention required for cleanliness...not up to desired standard. No one at the front desk when checking out , had to get help from the lady looking after the lobby breakfast. The staff is friendly enough, breakfast is average, but must say the Coffee and Tea was very good !

No… just no.
Smells awful like mildew, the toilet had leak which caused the floor to be wet and the sink drained REALLY slowly. At about 6 AM all I heard were young kids, speaking Spanish really loudly in the hallway and dogs barking. This is probably the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had.

Not sure how to go about this, but we stayed at the hotel yesterday. We arrived and they gave us our room. We got to the room and the door was opened, haven’t even been cleaned yet, had trash on the floor dirty towels every where dirty sheets and bedding as if someone just left that’s room. We got back to the front desk and we had to wait on a new room. It put an inconvenience because we needed to get ready and shower for a concert and since they room wasn’t ready it made us late for the concert
