Called for airport shuttle and no answer at desk, took cab to hotel and no one at desk to check us in, 20 minutes waiting and employee showed with togo dinner in hand and said she was making coffee, an obvious lie. Finally got to room and had no heat, it was 64 f in room. Was to tired to address and suffered through nite

The most dirty room I have ever been in.
The front desk personnel were so amazing but our room was disgusting. The sheets were dirty, and the bathroom was the worst.

I like the rooms , nice and roomy. And nice and clean except for my ice bucket was wet with a bag in there. I guess they must forgot to change the bag and clean the bucket for the next guest.
