The carpet is in desperate need of a deep clean or replacement. It appeared that there was mold in the wall ac unit. The parking lots, lobby, elevator, and hall smelled so strongly of marijuana it cost migraine issues. The hall ac was set to 80 it was miserable to wait for the elevator.

A 1 night quick stay kind of place
The beds were not very comfortable, but I did like that inside our room it smelled so much better than the hallways. The keys were disabling everyday, so every time we would return to the hotel we had to walk through the front even though there was a super convenient side entrance right by my room, and we would have to get the key re-programmed. Other than that, the restroom was spacious, and clean. The breakfast was ok, the dryers available for guests (at a price) did not work, we dried our clothes 3 times and still had to hang up our clothes around the room for it to dry. The location was convenient, felt safe at all times.

The mattress’s were terrible. The dresser/cabinet obviously had burned in a fire. It was charred and pieces were falling off. There were several hairs on the bathroom floor and all in different spots.

This was the WORST Hotel I’ve ever been to. The place smells STRONG of mold and mildew. I mean EVERY SINGLE FLOOR! Our fridge was broken in the first room. We had to move to another room. Then the tub and sink clogged in the second room. Some of the staff super rude, some clueless as to what to do with the endless problems at this property. The lady in the kitchen was the only great part of this experience and on her day off the food tasted as if they kept yesterday’s food and reheated it. The fruits weren’t fresh and the pancake mix sour. I don’t know how the health department haven’t shut them down yet!

The staff was very nice, and the common areas were very clean. The rooms were clean but overall run down looking, mattresses were soft and saggy. One of the elevators wouldn’t open on our floor, got stuck in it and had to take it down to a lower floor, get out and then go find another elevator. It was very conveniently located for all the things we wanted to do in the area

Convenient location and price
We had a good stay. The personnel was nice with us and help us resolve any issues we encountered. The room had a dirty carpet and the AC unit needed maintenance (smelled bad). They changed us another room with no issues. Breakfast was included, typical hotel breakfast, but we ran into spoiled milk twice. The hotel is in a pretty convenient location, near the main highways and close to downtown and the airport. Overall it was a good stay, convenient location and good price.

This hotel is on the outskirts of the ghetto. Front desk was not very helpful, knowledgeable or friendly. Attempted to have me pay a second time at check in. Luckily my paperwork was noted paid by credit card. Elevator was tricky to operate and function properly. Hotel photograph is deceiving, looks like balcony's, which is why I booked at this hotel. When you get there so see they are all dummy patios.
