The bathroom door was broken, we kept getting stuck on the elevator, and had to take the steps. I was also charged a fee for the room ( of course I know I have to pay this, a deposit fee ( another fee I’m completely aware off), but I was charged an extra 94.00 at check in. I’m waiting until it clears before I contact my bank. Oh, and the cleaning people only come on your third day of staying.

The ad said airport pick up was available. I tried to reach the operator severally after landing for information on the bus shuttle but didn’t get a response. I ended up taking Uber to the North location and got charged a fee by the driver there to bring me to the south locstion.the driver who dropped me off at the airport dropped me at the domestic terminal after I had mentioned twice that I was headed for westjet at the international wing. But for fight delay I would easily have missed my flight due to the drivers negligence. The staff at the hotel do not seem happy and I feel this is impacting how they treat customers. I do not recommend this hotel for new comers!

Family-oriented experience
Recommendation from family for funeral services. The hotel was in a central location with lots of shopping and late night amenities close. The staff was helpful and available 24/7. Any other time I have to make this trip this will definitely be in my favorites to book first. I accidentally left blankets and the staff got back with me and my family to send back my sentimental blankets. 10 outta 10 i recommend!!! Bravo to the staff....from the front desk to the breakfast crew my experience was phenomenal!!! Blessings to everyone in the building...I cant thank you guys enough!
