I loved everything about this hotel and the service I received. Tyler and his team were great! I extended my stay because of the amazing service I received. I will definitely stay at this hotel and use IHG hotels more based off this experience.

We stayed for one night while evacuating for a hurricane. Kayla checked us in and was amazing, friendly and professional. Felt at home with the dogs, but would benefit from special pet relief area. The air-conditioning was confusing but got cold at night! Overall would definitely stay again.

They had a good police presence there, and the staff was really good, especially the lady that take care of you in the breakfast area. They all were professional. Will definitely stay here again.

Our stay was amazing. Great interior design and room. It was close to great dining options and not far from the downtown. Only downside is you have to pay for parking. But for the price, you cannot complain. Great quality.
