The bar tender at the restaurant was nice and trying to be very helpful. Receptionist was OK too. What I don't like was the light in my room was flickering in a way of torching. Unpleasant for eyes. The hotel staff should communicate with the maintenance for any potential issues which they find.

Room was mostly clean but some items, like the phone, were absolutely disgusting. If you're not going to clean them, remove them from the room. Gross. Made me question the cleanliness of the rest of the room.

Front desk call us around 1am to check if we are in room and ask strange questions; door blocker broken by room service and front desk don't even thinkit needs to be fixed; zero room service and call to front desk never went through; poor AC with cold room temperature, asked for a blanket four times during the day and didn't get it until going down to front desk and insisted on getting it right before we need to sleep. Entire hotel with only one weight scale in fitness room, and front desk won't allow borrowing it to weight my check bags and asked us to bring all our check bags to the fitness center to adjust there.

Staff and lobby were nice, as was room. However, we had just one bath towel, no remote, a microwave nearly impossible to operate, a breakfast that had run out of many foods. They did send someone to the room to correct deficiencies twice. Also, the hotel was completely full, which may explain lack of food. The hotel was surrounded by construction, which made it very difficult to find after dark. All staff were congenial and tried to be helpful.

The property is showing age. It was clean however. There was a lot of road construction near the entrance, but there was nothing the property could do about that.
