4 kids aging from 17 to 5 months plus myself. We did a 3 day 2 night stay.Checkin was at 4pm and checkout was 11 am. When we arrived the first night they was in the middle of Happy hours ( from 5pm- 7pm daily) which includes 2 free drinks ( from a preset drink menu) and free snacks ( chips/ dip type items which was good for the most part). The bartender, Vell, was extremely friendly and made great drinks and very helpful when needed. As far as the room I chose the Suite, double beds which came when a queen size pull out sofa also. The room was spacious and included a tv in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom came with a shower tub combo. The only thing I would say is the bathroom needs better lighting. It was very dim. The living area had a mini fridge, microwave, a portable eating table, a nice size dining table, a nice size sofa and a sink also. The bedroom was spacious with a closet and safe but it too needed better lighting. The beds were very comfortable and the pillows was firm but soft if that make sense. The kids was able to swim every night in the indoor pool to 11pm which is the closing time. The pool water was warm also. While there breakfast (served 7am-10am) was good the first day but not so good the second day maybe it was a different crew prepping the second day. They also have an omelet station which was prepared and tasted good both days. The self parking is $20 some a day. Visitors pay less depending on how long they stay.

The positives - bar staff, breakfast staff, and restaurant staff were superb. The staff was very kind and engaging. Housekeeping was subpar. I had dirty curtains. I told the staff and same curtains remained the entire stay. I have a white like chalk substance on my clothes. They cleaned the tub, but didn’t clean the walls (tub surround). Several days I had to ask for wash clothes. I checked out on a Monday - they didn’t clean my room the day before (Sunday). The trash cans on the exterior of the property near the pool remained full - I don’t know if they ever emptied it.
