Worst Hotel Check-in Ever - Cancelled Stay
To say my boyfriend and I are infuriated would be an understatement. I called the hotel earlier on the day of our reservation to see if there was any way we could check in at 3pm instead of 4pm. The woman I spoke to assured us she would talk to the head of housekeeping to prioritize our room. Unfortunately, we were running late anyway and didn’t get to the hotel until 4:15pm. Reminder that checkin time was originally 4pm. We waited in lin for almost a half hour, as only one person was working at the front desk. The woman at the desk then informed us that our room was not ready and had not been cleaned. We informed her that we needed to get ready and leave the hotel by 5:15pm in order to make it to a wedding we were going to. We communicated this, and she directed us to get ready in the public bathroom. When we voiced our frustration that we would not make it back to the hotel before midnight, missing our check-in window, she said there was nothing that could be done. We responsibly showed up during check-in time, an hour before we needed to leave the hotel, and because our room was not ready, we got screwed out of our room for the night. Not only that, we had to get ready for a black tie wedding in a public bathroom in under 30 minutes. I will never be booking with this hotel again, and I will be sure to steer clear of Embassy Suites moving forward. We will be seeking a full refund.

Great property and really close to eating/shopping.. Staff- the front desk staff were kind and polite even though there were a few weddings and the hotel was packed. The valet staff were attentive and always checked to see if you needed assistance to unload or just general info. The property itself is CLEAN!!

A wonderful place to stay. Only weaknesses were congestion by front door on check in, and lack of luggage carts (I think they only had two). We were really impressed. Expensive, but very nice.

Great Nights Stay
It was amazing from the service to the amenities, The cook-to-order breakfast and happy hour were the highlights of the stay. The location was neutral offering equal distance to all locations. It was a little noisy above us one night but all in all it was a great stay with the customer service making up for that hiccup.

I really enjoyed my stay. My only complaint is the layout of the room. For sone odd reason they position a piece of furniture, which holds the safe, very close to the edge of the bed, This furniture piece is screwed to the wall. It leaves limited space to walk around the bed and i banged my shin so hard that i was bleeding!
