It doesn't look like typical Embassy suits. Layout is different and the doors in the rooms are all barn doors??? That means, there is NO LOCKs including the bathroom. I was traveling with my kids and my boy friend and we felt like we have no privacy. Seriously? Bathroom has no lock?? I booked the room for 4 people, but there was only 2 towels.The receptionist was not there all the time, so requesting something was frustrating. I called several times and waited in the front desk for 20 min to be told they didn't have enough towels. So we just shared the towels. Bar tender gave me double shot during the manager's reception. When I tried to get a second drink, the bar tender refused it, because i already got 2 shots. WHAT?? Then I remembered she said 'I am giving you a double shot so I don't have to do it again' She wasn't asking. She basically told me it was double shots while she was making my drink. lol Breakfast was under staffed and food ran out often. We had to constantly wait for food and coffee to be refilled. I like staying in Embassy Suites, because I like thier service and room layout, but I probably won't stay in this location ever again. I was traveling during the holiday so hopefully the service was bad because they were under staffed that day.

The best part about the complete stay was the young lady in kitchen who was making the omlettes. She was a beast and had no help!! Saturdays line was through the roof and she handled everything and made every omelette with a smile. Not to mention the omelettes were delicious both days!! Someone needs to raise her salary immediately!!! The negative takeaways were that the parking was overpriced and the room was not deep cleaned. I also thought that the incidental cost of $100 per day was unreasonable.. I would stay here again.

At my stay I enjoyed the lobby area however the bathtub had mold in it. The couch was filthy, the carpet in all rooms were not clean with stains and the chairs had stains on them as well. Room service came too early.

Horrible Time
Hiltons are my go-to hotel as one tries to build a relationship with a hotel chain for a variety of reasons. The rooms at this Embassy suites were beautiful, but the thermostat was not working in my room and the temperature dipped at night. After 3 different attempts to get it working, I needed to change rooms at 10:30p and I had an important, early day the next morning. Also, the registers at the bar/night dining area were out. The server was very irritated and overwhelmed, which resulted in horrible service. Probably not stay at that hotel ever again.

The sink eas draining extremely slow in bathroom and we had to use the wet bar instead. It was freezing outside and the heatee was blowing cold air when we had to turn the thermostat up to 76° Parking was EXPENSIVE in the garage and when we were ready to leave, our vehicle and about 10 others had busted windows.

Every time I stay there there’s some type of issue. This time they ran out of room keys with a long line. Had to wait for someone to go get some from another hotel. When they came back, none of those keys were programmed to work at that hotel so we waited for nothing & security had to take us 1 by 1 to our rooms. Never did get a working key. Shower drain was blocked. Booked a king got 2 queens - which is fine. Asked for more towels - never arrived. Bar tender was unbelievably inattentive- buried in their phone.
