I used this hotel for a stay close to my work . I worked a 12 hour shift and the dirty towels I left that I thought would be removed wasn’t. They were left piled in the cover of the bathroom we’re still wet and piled in the corner. The check in was long and possibly needed more help since it around the holidays and some people had pet and needed to read a pet policy before signing in which held up the check in.

There were only 3 pieces of napkins in room. My daughter went to front to ask for a box, however she was told there is no box tissue and she could get some from cafeteria. I booked this one because it has EV charging station. Most of EV charging at Hilton are free. However this one charges $10/hour which is ridiculous! The EV charging station cannot be listed as its amenity because no one can use it.
