The hotel was extremly inconvenient because they did not have a microwave or wifi. You had to pay an extra $25 for a microwave or go down to the lobby to use it for free(was super dirty). Same for the wifi it was an extra $10 or you can use it for free in the lobby. Then they shut off the hot water all night and did not even give is a credit. The service was horrible every time I called the feont desk no one would answer, even though the hotel was empty. Dont waste your time this place sucks.

Expected better from a downtown Hilton property
The hotel is ideally located in downtown Atlanta so that’s a plus along with polite staff. The rooms do not have good sound insulation. We were on 21st floor and could hear cop sirens all throughout the night. The shower tub drain was not draining well.

Book this hotel for my mother to celebrate her 60th birthday. We were able to use the lobby area on the 5th floor to have dinner and do a sip and paint. The hotel staff were super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was stocking with everything you needed. My mother enjoyed her birthday and we enjoyed the hotel.

Hotel was very basic for a $150 stay. Especially without breakfast. The rooms were not modern. There was no soap in the bathroom. Not clear directions on how to access elevator to go to room. Would have had a much better quality experience staying elsewhere. Do better.
