This property was very clean and the staff was fantastic. Great location for shopping and dining. Only problem was the water pressure in the shower was very weak and my card key had to be reset twice! But overall a very nice place!!

I checked in, thought all was well, went to room and vomit was on sheets and black stuff alll over the floor, went down stairs the desk staff offered me a room and didn’t apologize or anything for the vomit room, showed her the pictures smh and still said nothing, went to the next room and it reeked of beer and cigarettes, I just was over it, I walked back to my car and valet pulled off before I could get back to my car, which they were very nice. Also they had the nerve to charge my damn card even though I didn’t even do anything other than walk in and out of the room. Will never go back, went to the Hyatt in midtown a must, it was worth it.
