They say that the shuttle comes every 30 minutes but when it’s 40 degrees outside, I can tell you they I counted the 56 minutes I had to wait and ask every hotel shuttle if they went to holiday inn express on best rd. I tried to call the hotel but no one answered. The hotel itself is good though and the front desk person was very nice.

They only do pick ups from the domestic airport, not from international. That was a bummer. Also, there’s not much available to eat on the premises except microwave noodles and sandwiches. Breakfast was fine.

The hallway was extremely cold The heat didn’t work in our room. They sent someone to fix it and was told it would take 50 minutes to heat up. It never did. They did give us a portable heater which helped but it was extremely unsafe. The exit gate did not work. The breakfast was wonderful.

Room was recently renovated so nice. Asked for a maintenance person to fix a power outlet on the counter between the beds but no one came so I had to sleep on the wrong side of the bed to plug in my CPAP machine.

The heater didn’t work in our room and we were told maintenance wasn’t there so they couldn’t fix it. Some of our towels were dirty, the gate to exit was broken, so only one enter ave and exit. The staff was friendly, but I disagree with having to pay $15 a day to park at the hotel you’re already paying for.

It was a cold night in Atlanta and the building was cold. In our first room the heater was unplugged but didn't work when plugged in. We were given a second room that also had a non-functioning heater. Building appeared in bad repair. Manager kindly gave us refund and we went elsewhere.

The area was dirty elevators had dirt all over AC and heating not working in the room and service call did not come for three hours. They would not change my room. I only slept for two hours. Very inconvenient.
