Great front desk. Cleaning ladies were a little belligerent about me not leaving in time…probably legit. Breakfast had no gravy for the biscuit. Also, no honey sauce.

The staff is nice, the room was clean & well maintained & perfectly adequate once you’re inside (though I wondered whether the rug was clean. But the hotel itself is run down, has seen better days, and the area is both sketchy and inconvenient. There’s little to do in the area, little food and few stores to walk to, and there’s a park across the street you might want to avoid. I didn’t have a car so I walked around a lot. I think they try to make it nice but there are a lot of drawbacks. Probably better if you have a car. Wish the breakfast wasn’t nearly all cheap unhealthy carbs & ultraprocessed junk but there were eggs. Wish they had fruit & plain yogurt and real half and half.

Access to the hotel is a bit tough. It’s a very tight area to drive in. We drove past the hotel twice before we realized where we pull in. The desk staff was very good. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have ever slept on. We had to get a replacement TV remote when ours stopped working but the front desk had the new one delivered to our room quickly. The hotel is located to a lot of downtown venues.

Staff and cleanliness inside of the property made up for the sometimes stinky sidewalks on the sidewalks nearby. Also the breakfast is wonderful.

Great location but the hotel needs some renovation. The room is not clean at all. We can no blame on the nocturnal people. Is a quiet area and close to everting. I will not stay again. Front desk and kitchen are super nice and amable.
