The staff was attentive and professional. I was experiencing a medical emergency and the pleasant, accommodating manner of the front desk staff allowed me to get to my room and arrange for family to take me to the emergency room instead of having to call an ambulance to the hotel. I was able to recuperate in a lovely room that had everything I needed to rest comfortably. Thank you for making my first experience a favorable one. I will look to stay at this property again on future travel to Atlanta.

Ladies at check in were awesome along with the restaurant staff and food!!! Room was substandard. They advertise as an upscale boutique, but nothing special about it. Only 1 light worked at the vanity sink, and the glass in the makeup mirror was shattered. There was not any hotel toiletries, not even a small bar of soap for the hand-sink. Only the bottles in the shower. Washcloths looked like they should have been discarded as they were a blackish white color. Slightly disappointed in room for the price.

Convenient if you are visiting Porsche but it stops there. Kimpton has really let this property go. A tired hotel is one thing but right dirty is another. We didn’t want to take our shoes off. Rooms, hallways and bathrooms extremely dirty, dusty and dirty.
