I really don’t leave reviews often because I am very minimalist when it comes to hotels. I typically only spend enough time in them to sleep so I don’t need much BUT I will not stay here or at any of the surrounding area hotels again. While the room itself was okay, aside from being very outdated, loud AC unit, and a mildew smell… the area is NOT good. Upon arrival I immediately noticed broken glass in the parking lot. My first thought was car vandalization. So after doing research and filtering reviews with “cars or robbery” I found tons about multiple car break ins. I have never stayed in ATL so I didn’t think the immediate area near the hotel was “bad”. When you look up college park, it explains everything you need to know. We were only going to be sleeping for 4-5 hours to catch our flight so we ended up leaving our car doors unlocked in the event somebody wanted to break in, they wouldn’t break the glass because it was a rental. We wouldn’t have had time to do a police report. In the middle of the night there is no staff monitoring so people come & go and linger in the hotel to “hang out” and are extremely loud. Just do yourself a favor, don’t stay in this area.

Bathroom was gross. Floors were dirty. Mirror was broken. Smell was so bad!!! OUR CAR GOT BROKEN INTO WHILE WE WERE ASLEEP & they didnt care at all I took pictures but its not letting me add them to this review

Our room was huge. The bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was good too -- eggs, sausage, waffles, coffee, juice, etc. Great location for travelers in & out of Atlanta-Hartsfield. You will notice that the property needs some updating. Wear is evident. But we had a great room at a fair price. This one "checked most of the boxes" for us.

picked this motel as it was close to the airport and had a shuttle. Tried to book shuttle ahead of time but no luck. Phone call wouldn’t connect and it cost me $40 for a cabbie. Arrived at motel to learn, after my 18 hour flight that I couldn’t even buy a cup of tea. Went to breakfast in the morning and no hot tea available, only coffee. Unfortunately I won’t stay here again.

DO NOT STAY IN Room 204. I’d like to give this property the benefit of the doubt. However, problems amount. The room is at best ok. Clean linens and clean floors. However, the bathroom is completely taken by mold and the walls and ceiling is peeling off. There was no soap in the room (I brought my own). The air conditioner machine is so close to one of the beds that it becomes almost impossible to sleep. Breakfast is só limited that it reminded me of Motel 6. Well, I did pay the Motel 6 price, so I think it as fair. Next time I’ll look for something a little better. This hotel should be a 5.0 at best.

I booked this hotel because I was flying from the hurricane it took me 21 hours to get to Atlanta. I didn’t get there on the day. I was supposed to and got there the next day and they had no rooms. The person at the desk was not very helpful. I finally booked another room with La Quinta in Ocean City.

We had an eight hour layover in Atlanta so decided on a hotel to rest and freshen up. When we arrived the desk clerk advised us we would have to wait at least an hour before he could give us a room. We were early for regular check in as our in coming flight was early. We explained that we only had about 6 hours before having to be return to the airport and would appreciate if we could get a room an hour early. We were told we could wait and once a room was cleaned and available he would check us in. We waited and to speed up our check in we inquired about the airport shuttle times and bookings. We were told it ran every half hour and to be downstairs about 5 minutes prior. We were seated in an area that we could see the cleaning staff working on the rooms. Once we had waited for about 40 mins we checked and were told a room had just been cleaned and we could check in. We had not seen any sign of cleaning personnel around the room we were assigned. We were early for check in by about 1 hour and would have paid an additional fee to check in an hour early. Also, when leaving we went to the reception area about 20 mins before the next shuttle was due. There was different staff at the reception and told the shuttle had already left and would be at least a half hour before it returned. We were told we should have booked the shuttle. ?? Either the original staff was not well trained or was being very difficult. The hotel itself was quiet and clean but most likely I will not return
