Hidden fees, no microwave and barely no hot water. Water pressure was low. The worker from 7-3 (female) was wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating and the parking was easy to get in and out. The hotel itself is very outdated. The biggest negative was the AC in our room barely worked and affected our sleep quality. Other than that I would recommend this hotel to others as an affordable option.

I stayed a total of five nights. The first room I was given had mold growing on the sealant around the tub. When I woke up the next morning, I noticed ants crawling on the desk where my laptop was. I informed the staff and was offered a new room. The second room they transferred me too was next to some type of storage room. My first night on that room, I kept hearing scratching in the walls. Needless to say I did not sleep well. I never saw the mouse but every night I would hear it. I called down to get fresh towels and to have my trash taken out, the front desk informed me that i have to let them know in morning that i need the room to be cleaned...I gently told the gentleman that I only need some fresh towels and my trash taken. He told me to sit the dirty towels and trash in the hallway. They did bring up fresh towels. On a side note the trash and towels I placed outside my room was moved to an open space near the "storage room" next to my room and was there for the next three days. Breakfast was a complete joke. No Continental breakfast You literally have to purchase the bagels )which did not look fresh). The only good thing I have to say about this hotel is the location.

The only thing missing in the room was a microwave. Other than that, I loved the room. I had a balcony room. I would have liked to be on the other side of the building because of the sun but it was alright.

Great Location, but has flaws
I truly enjoyed the location of the hotel, but it definitely needs to undergo some renovations. I don't think the gym has ever been cleaned and the equipment is extremely dated.

It’s gone downhill. Dusty surfaces. Dirty floor. Lightbulb out in room. No breakfast on Sunday despite advertising. Late opening for dinner on Sunday due to staffing. No cleaning wipes to clean gym equipment. Shower soap and shampoo caddy was off the wall and shampoo had no dispenser.
