I was shocked for the value of the hotel and how much you paid. Everything was amazing. But the hot tub some of the jets were not working.

The reviews made me worried but the hotel was very nice as well as the staff my room was clean and comfortable I stayed briefly but the other folks I saw in the lounge area also seemed to be enjoying the services and the bar. I would come back again for sure!

Rhyan at Front Desk is Great; Service Excellent;
Rhyan was great. Our room wasn't ready at check-in, but she comped us breakfast and dinner for two nights. Everyone has been very service-oriented and wanting to help with our every need. My one constructive criticism is that I booked an ADA room ahead of time, but it wasn't ready at check-in. Had to swap rooms the next day. Food was great. Valet was helpful.
