Waited 17minutes for someone to come to front desk. Tried three times during a three hour trip to the hotel to get someone at front desk on the phone but it just kept ringing. When I finally got checked in, the tables in the main lobby all had stuff spilled on them with three pieces of trash ( two paper and one cup) under the tables/desk. The room was smaller than I’m used too but looked nice. The pillows were atrocious so if you need support for your head or neck, bring your own. Going to use different hotel this trip around.

Outside Clean...Inside the rooms and halls...no.
The rooms were not cleaned, hair in the sink, no fresh towels in the rooms, and when we requested new towels, they only had 2 pool towels to give us. (Mind you, this was at 7pm in the evening.)
