We were supposed to have a handicap room, but there were no bars to hold onto, the toilet and the tub were not handicap accessible. Other than that the hotel was very nice and clean.

Second time stay here at this location and will again the next time I'm in Atlanta. My only complaint was the A/C had a musty smell to it. Otherwise a comfortable stay and would recommend this hotel to anybody.

Room 305 smelled VERY stale / musty and like odor was trying to be masked by air freshener which made it even worse didn’t seem clean …might have been the carpet? Smelled like wet dog and urine. Also linens didn’t appear dirty but smelled a little stale as well

Slow check In with no lines and late at night. Shampoo dispenser did not work. No blankets in room. Very small soap bottle for 3 people. Not enough towels or washcloths.

There were weird sounds constantly all the time. According to hotel staff, the sounds come from the elevator going up and down since my room is next to the elevators. We could not sleep. It was awful. The treadmill in the fitness room did not work. I would not recommend this hotel.

Run down….high cost.
I’ve never paid this much for a hotel room to walk on and find that the sink was cracked into three pieces and was still being used. Scratched walls, poor repairs, etc. I’ve stayed in budget hotels that were in far better condition than this one. The only thing keeping this place open is the short walk to Truist field.

I only spent one night. I went to the Braves game and got up early and had no hot water in my shower and my coffee maker did not work. I was rushed and had to take a cold shower. The room was clean and I felt safe.

Close to the interstate so it's very loud outside. Couldn't sleep it was so bad. Need double pane windows to block the freeway noise. A/C fan air has an unbearable odor. I had to open a window. caveat emptor!!!
