The lights and air conditioning in the room were not working, the HVAC vent had to be changed and it was completely covered in filth/dust. Took two phone calls to get somebody up. The repairs took over an hour at 11:30 at night. Supervisor was incredibly inconsiderate, staff could care less and took $35 off our room charge. The icing on the cake was the housekeeper who walked right in our room at 9:00 am asking if he were done with the room. We were sound asleep!!!
