Casino was great, did not like having to walk through smoking areas to get to non smoking areas as it was our first time navigating the casino. Food around the hotel was quick and yummy. We stayed Saturday Nov 9 to Sunday Nov 10 for our anniversary and were treated and spoken to very rudely by the woman at the front desk around midnight when we had questions about our parking pass. When asking another worker within the building and be escorted back her demeanor changed and she acted very fake because she got caught with poor costumer service. She signed the parking pass with employer initial PW and authorization is 558. The other worker apologized to us and informed us that this wasn’t the first time this particular staff member has done something like this.

My overall experience was relaxing! The parking directions were A little bit confusing. Hotel needs some repairs! Some cracks in the floors that were very noticeable and could become A problem! Our room was A smoking room like we requested, however it definitely smelled and the carpet had burnt holes. Mirrors were dirty and windows also my husband found empty soda bottle and trash on his side of the bed behind the nightstand. The bathroom vanity light was broken showing the inside of the fixture. The establishment should definitely look into house keeping and do some major maintenance work.

We had a great stay, but the toilet wouldn’t flush properly. We had to call maintenance to come plunge it and even after the water wasn’t coming all the way back to a flushable point.
