Service at the pool was just terrible!!! Pool itself is gorgeous, but employees are just straight rude and you can just see that they are waiting for you to go already. Not enough beds, closing at 5pm is just ridiculous!!! Overall service made me regret being there!

First time staying somewhere other than Hard Rock. Was a big let down. Cheer competition was going on, kids & tweens were everywhere. Due to this, the parking garage was full at check-in. They charged me $20 to exit the garage without ever parking there, then double charged me $15 for parking at check-in. Never even parked on site but was charged twice. Finding an elevator took over 60 minutes at check-out. I had work on our check-out day, so this was so inconvenient. Everyone on our elevator was complaining too that they waited 45-60min for an elevator. The pool after dark charged $40 per person general admission, and the bar took 45 minutes to get us ONE drink. We were there celebrating a friends bday and we each got ONE ROUND at the bar because we did not want to wait 45 min for another drink. If you visit the club, get a section. Otherwise skip it. Terrible experience all around. Felt like I paid money to stand around & twiddle my thumbs all trip. Not to mention, not only was the room dusty and dirty, so were the elevators and common areas. I’m not even a “review writer” but this experience was 1/5 stars. I gave 2 to be NICE. Wouldn’t recommend.

Paper thin walls. Normal volume conversations of your neighbors sound like they are literally in your room. Broken AC. Old furniture. No vent in bathroom. No glassware for drinks. Old, noisy refrigerator.
