The sick was leaking bad on to the floor. The iron wasnt working and in the shower the ceiling was pealing very bad and everyday i had to take my key to the office to get it reset.

I had a bad experience at this hotel. Very downgraded . Sink is dirty and so is the bathroom. I had to pay 20 dollar to switch my room from smoking to non smoking . It was a really bad time.

The room had a very strong odor. It may have been cleaning supplies but it was overpowering. I got used to it when in the room but every time I entered the room it was very strong. The room was very old and definitely needs to be updated. There were vending machines that didn't work but when I left I noticed one working in a different area and not in the open. The property was more like a $60/night hotel and not a $120/night which is what I paid. Will not stay there again.

When we walked into the room #107 it was dated, poorly painted furniture, broken bathroom fixtures, pee on the floor of the bathroom. Uncleaned bed sheets, rust and mold on every corner. I asked the front desk for a refund but refused.

They must have hired James Cameron or Spielberg to take their photos because what you see is NOT what you get. The photos are real, but the property is not in that condition anymore. Overall it’s worth the price but the beds weren’t very comfortable, half the sockets & lamps in my room didn’t work and the grounds were bordering on run-down. But it’s affordable and I did not see any insects.

Upon arrival the front desk was arguing with a customer on the phone. They didn't have cribs available for my infant although detailed in the reservation. We discovered we were in the first floor and there were guest (or randoms) in the parking lot, hanging out and smoking. i had taken my kids into the room after a 9 hour drive from Boston to call and request another floor, but no answer from the front desk. There was spiders IN the room, and on the walls. i couldn't stay there with my children and the front desk did not try to accommodate. Worst experience I've ever had and we were there for merely 15 minutes.
