Property was clean even though its been there for almost a century. For it to be brought back to life it would need renovations to make it a bit more modern especially for the rooms. They would need to check the pipelines because on my last morning before checking out there was only cold water from the shower but there was hot water from the sink. Only thing is alot of junkies linger around the hotel.

Less than good stay
While we appreciate the classic charm of the hotel, we encountered some significant problems. Notably, there was no hot water in our room, and when we contacted the front desk, we were told it was a "city issue," which did not resolve the inconvenience. Given that we booked a total of 5 rooms for our family trip, these issues were quite disappointing, especially considering the cost. We have stayed at your hotel before, and while we enjoyed previous visits, this experience has raised concerns. We believe that improvements in maintenance and customer service, especially at the front desk, are needed to enhance guest satisfaction. Given these issues, we would like to know how the hotel plans to address our concerns and compensate us for the inconvenience experienced during this stay. We value your response and hope to resolve this matter amicably.

The property has not been maintained. It could have been very beautiful and people will be attracted to the property since it is historic, but not very well-maintained not very clean, but the staff were very nice.

No hot water. Had to take cold showers. Room tiny and not as pictured on your web site. Parking and extra $50 bucks whick i wasn't aware of. Elevator system incredibly slow. Getting to and from parking garage to room takes forever. Its just old ans antiquated and not at all what I expected for that price. Id never go there again. And honestly incredibly disappointed in your app. Just a money grab. No integrity whats so ever

What I like is the walkable and convenient What I didn't like about the hotel is the bathroom wasn't too clean and there was no hot water, and the lighting was too dark
